We don't believe there should be any guesswork or gray areas when it comes to your log home. For those do-it-yourselfers, we provide a free estimates review service. If you decide to be your own general contractor, we will be glad to offer consultation services to help you sort through the construction process. Some folks want to save some here and there and this is a good way to do just that. By being your own general contractor (in some cases you may not be able to), you can choose to do some of the interior work or contract your owns subcontractors and manage it yourself. We are glad to offer our expertise in looking at your quotes/estimates. This has proven to be very helpful to some of our customers that have chosen to go this route!
